Bishop Realty & Management, Inc. is a full-service real estate company specializing in income producing real estate.  Founded in 1965 by Howard Bishop, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial and residential properties in Denver and the surrounding suburbs.

Full-Service

At Bishop Realty & Management, Inc., we have the people, the tools, the experience and the expertise to accommodate a wide variety of real estate investment and management requirements.  We specialize in Section 8, senior housing as well as multi-family and single family houses and have a staff of Certified Property Managers trained to help oversee our properties.  Our licensed Real Estate Brokers are able to buy and sell  properties for our clients. We work with our clients to develop the business plans and make the key decisions that will help them ultimately reach their goals. 

Focus

Everything we do is focused on the ultimate goal of maximizing our clients' cash flow and increasing the net value of their investments as if we own it.  From marketing to accounting to maintenance issues, we handle it for our clients.  We provide monthly Profit/Loss statements as well as end-of-the-year accounting. 

Independent

Because we are an independent fee-management company, our experienced staff of licensed realtors and professional property managers is free to make the decisions that are in the best interest of our clients and their properties.  As Certified Property Managers, we are members in good standing with IREM, the Institute of Real Estate Management, AHMA, the Assisted Housing Management Association, as well as NAR, the National Association of Realtors and CAR, the Colorado Association of Realtors.
